Recognition

“Andie is a content designer who can do it all. In the time I was Andie’s manager, the complexity and scope of projects she took on increased more and more — covering massive product launches, bringing on our team’s first AI tools, and setting up content frameworks in a new CMS, just to name a few high-profile items. She can always be counted on to skillfully articulate the content design viewpoint amid important business partnerships and tricky stakeholder relationships, as well as the usual daily collaborations with product and design.

Moreover, Andie is thoughtful about the big picture yet attentive to the tiny details, and a pro at the craft of breaking down complex topics into user-friendly copy. I hope we get the chance to work together again, but in the meantime, all of her colleagues are lucky to have her.”

“Andie is a people person to her core, loves a good pun and is always happy to lend a helping hand.

Since my first day at Experian, Andie has been my go-to ally all things content, learning the ins and outs of our product or just a laugh in the midst of a rough day. She really understands people, and that intuitive sense shines through in her work. She speaks up in meetings, asks great questions and advocates for content in ways that I look up to. I’ve watched her collaborate with all kinds of teams to build some rad products and I’m always excited to hear about what she’s doing next. She’s a natural leader with a talent for writing that can’t really be taught, and her sweet personality and sense of humor make her a joy to work with. I've learned a lot from her and I'm grateful to have her in my corner—any team would be lucky to have her!”

“Andie always provides consistent and quality expertise and collaboration with any product launch where CRM communications are needed. I've been able to see this on past product launches, like BillFixer and Subscription Cancellation. Most recently, I've seen her really take charge in an amazing way to overcome very challenging barriers with the Tally launch, which includes the review of over 200 Tally service communications in addition to the ECS marketing communications. Her ability to provide such strong and helpful guidance in the Tally content meetings has been such an asset to this product launch. Besides being impressed with how she approaches the content in each communication, she also so effective when working with a partner and making suggestions in real-time. Bottom line, Andie continues to shine and is such a critical cross-functional component for CRM! Would love to recognize Andie for everything she does!”
